EXAMPLE OUTPUT · REVIEW PROJECT SCOPE BEFORE USE
Example two-room addition. This example report shows the load breakdown and review record. Equipment selection and permit submission require the complete project inputs and qualified review.
| Room | Heating BTU/h | Sensible cooling BTU/h | Latent cooling BTU/h |
|---|---|---|---|
| Living room | 8,000 | 5,000 | 1,000 |
| Bedroom | 4,000 | 2,500 | 500 |
| Total | 12,000 | 7,500 | 1,500 |
Input schedule
A complete job record needs location and weather/design conditions, orientation, room geometry, exterior assemblies, insulation, window size and performance, infiltration assumptions and ventilation inputs. Confirm the design temperatures, envelope performance and calculation method in the complete project record before equipment selection.
Existing-home changeout without plans
Collect a dimensioned room sketch, ceiling heights, window measurements and available labels, envelope information, photos and records supporting the assumptions. Distinguish measured, documented and unknown inputs. A photo does not establish concealed insulation or air leakage; unresolved values need field verification and qualified review.
Review record
Status: unchecked sample. Calculation engine: unspecified. Reviewer: none. Qualifications: none asserted. Input completeness: incomplete. A real report must identify its calculation method, source assumptions and actual reviewer. No ACCA approval or permit acceptance is claimed.
Scope and price
The $99 one-time offer describes a report with a human check. This sample does not demonstrate that service. Equipment selection and duct design are separate. The five-document Pro allowance does not establish five human-checked Manual J reports; confirm that scope and additional-report charges.
