Drywall quantity sheet
EXAMPLE OUTPUT · REVIEW PROJECT SCOPE BEFORE USE
Four 30 ft interior partition runs, 8 ft high, two faces and one layer. This example takeoff links named wall runs to quantities. Review the board specification and cutting layout for your job.

| Reference | Measured basis | Net board | Order at 10% |
|---|---|---|---|
| W1 | 30 × 8 × 2 | 480 SF | See combined order |
| W2 | 30 × 8 × 2 | 480 SF | See combined order |
| W3 | 30 × 8 × 2 | 480 SF | See combined order |
| W4 | 30 × 8 × 2 | 480 SF | See combined order |
| A1 total | 120 LF; no openings deducted | 1,920 SF / 60 sheets | 66 sheets, 4 × 8 |
A correction you can trace
A1-R1 is a separate variation: deduct a 3 × 7 ft opening on both faces of W4. W4 becomes 438 SF; total becomes 1,878 SF. At 32 SF/sheet and an example 10% allowance, round 64.55625 up to 65 sheets. Keep the original A1 and revised A1-R1 quantities separate.
Ceilings and layers are separate scopes
A separate 20 × 15 ft ceiling is 300 SF: 300 ÷ 32 × 1.10 rounds up to 11 sheets. An additional layer on both faces of a 10 ft, 8 ft high wall adds 160 SF: 160 ÷ 32 × 1.10 rounds up to 6 sheets. These variations are not included in the A1 total.
Your review
Verify scale, wall heights, board type, thickness, layers, openings and ceiling details. The CSV contains a board-type field, net area, waste and source revision for your spreadsheet review. Tape, mud, bead, fasteners and finish labor need separate rates. No automatic correction or Excel/Bluebeam integration is demonstrated.
Use these quantities in your bid spreadsheet
Download the quantities CSV and import it as comma-separated text into a separate worksheet. Keep your existing labor, finishing and price formulas in your bid workbook. Match the sheet, revision and reference columns to the drawing before copying the reviewed order quantity into your material row.
The CSV carries board_type, length_lf, height_ft, faces, layers, gross_sf, deduction_sf, net_sf, sheet_area_sf, waste_percent and order_sheets. The original A1 row and R1 opening correction are alternatives, not quantities to add together. C1 ceiling and W5 extra-layer rows are separate scope. Filter to the chosen revision before totaling an order.
This file is CSV, not an XLSX workbook. The companion PDF is a printable quantity sheet; no editable Bluebeam markup exchange or native spreadsheet integration is claimed. Taping materials, bead and labor remain in your own estimating rows.
